Boris Sarnov

Boris Sarnov is Chief Business Development Officer at Wilco. In this role, he is responsible for the firm’s sales, business development, strategic partnerships and international expansion.

Prior to joining Wilco in 2026, Mr. Sarnov was Head of Global Markets at META-X Markets, where he oversaw FX, Fixed Income and Equities. Previously, he held senior positions at Deutsche Bank and ING across Corporate and Investment Banking as well as Securities Services, with responsibility for client coverage, sales and product development in Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS. He began his career at Citibank.
